Interview: Rufus Yerxa

On this day twenty five years ago, over 100 ministers from around the world signed the Marrakesh Agreement in Morocco, thereby establishing the World Trade Organization in a culmination of the eight-year-long Uruguay Round of negotiations. Former United States Ambassador Rufus Yerxa, a key player in ushering in the Marrakesh Agreement, shares with WTO Spokesman Keith Rockwell his reflections on that time in history as well as on the performance of the WTO today.
